If you are someone who has tried every single diet, in order to lose weight, but just felt like a 'failure' after each and every one because you gained the weight you lost and then some, then I am here to tell you- you are not a failure! It is the diet and health and fitness gurus selling you hopeless products and false hope.
 
It is likely that you have been told by your Doctor and the masses of people in the fitness industry that you need to diet to lose weight. But that is not the message I want to spread or what my coaching is about.
 
When it comes to fat loss and managing your PCOS, dieting will never work. The advice given to you is all wrong. If you want to lose weight and manage your PCOS, low calorie and no carbohydrate dieting are not the way to go.

 

How I Will Help You-My Approach

I am a PCOS sufferer myself and just like you I was told by my Doctor to go on a diet to lose weight. But that did not help my PCOS and symptoms.
 
I became a certified personal trainer and online coach for women with PCOS because I wanted to prevent women going through the low calorie dieting that I went through and instead help them by educating them on how to lose weight with PCOS.
 
Rather than following a diet, made up of low calories and boring meals, my coaching approach involves you losing weight through eating more and training moderately.
 
Sounds good right?
 
I know, you are probably thinking this is too good to be true.
 
But is not!
 
See if you have PCOS, you most likely have insulin resistance too, as insulin resistance is the cause of PCOS. If you suffer from insulin resistance, weight loss is more difficult and you have probably noticed this. No matter how low your calories are or how hard you are training in the gym, you will not lose weight. This is often what makes you want to give up because it is frustrating and upsetting to not to see the progress even though you are working hard.
 
By following this approach you will not only lose weight by managing your insulin resistance and boosting your metabolism but you will also gain physical and mental strength.
 
Not only has this approach worked for me but also for many of my clients who were living their life on crazy low calories and training their socks off in the gym.

You may not know this but there is not one type of PCOS. If there is not one type of PCOS why should there be one approach to managing it? Every woman does not have the same nutritional requirements whether suffering from PCOS or not. All of our bodies are different, so what works for one person may not work for you and for this reason popular dieting protocols fail to work.

Training Coaching

 

Your training program will be customised to meet your goals but also your daily life schedule. Whether you are only able to train 3 or 6 days a week I will create a plan in which you will not only see progress physically but improvements in your mental state. I not only want to help you change your body composition, build lean muscle and lose fat, I also want you to enjoy your workouts, while also improving your body image.

 

 

Self-doubt and fear of failure are something we all struggle with, that is why hiring a coach can be a valuable tool. You will receive support, guidance, motivation, accountability and personal interaction.

Consultations

To schedule an appointment, fill out the consultation form. I will respond via email, generally within 24 hours. Once we arrange a time, I will email you an invoice that will allow you to pay via PayPal or credit card. Payment is due before the time of the appointment.
