Octopus and Parsley Recipe
This Octopus and Parsley recipe is delicious! It is tender, melts in the mouth and full of flavour.
750g Octopus (frozen)
3 cloves Garlic, crushed
Juice of 1 lemon
Parsley, finely chopped
Ground Black Pepper
- In a pan or pot add a little olive oil and cook the garlic until lightly browned.
- Add the octopus and continue cooking over a high flame for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Season with a little salt and black pepper and pour over the lemon juice.
- Simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.
- Switch off the heat and stir in the chopped parsley.
Cooking time: 10 minutes
