Octopus and Parsley Recipe

 

This Octopus and Parsley recipe is delicious! It is tender, melts in the mouth and full of flavour.

 
 

Ingredients

750g Octopus (frozen)

Olive oil

3 cloves Garlic, crushed

Juice of 1 lemon

Parsley, finely chopped

Salt

Ground Black Pepper
 
 
 

Method

  • In a pan or pot add a little olive oil and cook the garlic until lightly browned.
  • Add the octopus and continue cooking over a high flame for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Season with a little salt and black pepper and pour over the lemon juice.
  • Simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.
  • Switch off the heat and stir in the chopped parsley.
