Tasty Oven Baked Turkey Breast Escalopes
A simple, quick and healthy recipe.
All you need is....
7 Turkey Breast Steaks
1/4 cup all-purpose Flour
Salt and pepper
¼ cup cold Milk
1 cup dry Breadcrumbs
- To prepare the turkey for breading, stir a little salt & pepper into flour on a plate.
- Whisk egg with milk in a shallow bowl.
- Dip first turkey escalope in flour, coating both sides. Shake off excess flour, then dip into egg mixture, coating well.
- Shake off excess, then coat completely in breadcrumbs. Add to the oven tray and repeat with other escalopes to fill tray without crowding.
Bake for 10-15 minutes at Gas Mark 8
