Pork and Peas Stew
1kg Pork Shoulder Steaks
1 bag (900g) of frozen Peas
2 large Potatoes
1 Can Tomato
1 Tbsp Tomato Puree
Ground Black Pepper
1/2 glass of Water
- Cut the pork shoulder steaks into pieces
- Chop all up the potatoes, courgettes, carrots, artichokes and onions.
- Add them to the casserole crock pot, pour in the peas.
- Pour in the can tomato and add in the tomato puree.
- Pour half a glass of water.
- Season with black pepper, cumin and salt.
