Pork and Peas Stew

Ingredients

 

1kg Pork Shoulder Steaks

1 bag (900g) of frozen Peas

2 large Potatoes

1 Onion

2 Courgettes

2 Carrots

1 Can Tomato

1 Tbsp Tomato Puree

Salt

Ground Black Pepper

Ground Cumin

1/2 glass of Water

 

 

Method

 

  1. Cut the pork shoulder steaks into pieces
  2. Chop all up the potatoes, courgettes, carrots, artichokes and onions.
  3. Add them to the casserole crock pot, pour in the peas.
  4. Pour in the can tomato and add in the tomato puree.
  5. Pour half a glass of water.
  6. Season with black pepper, cumin and salt.
