Quick and Easy Seafood Noodle Soup
500g Frozen Mixed Seafood
375g Rice or fine egg thread Noodles
1 Spring Onion
2.5 cm (1 in) piece fresh root ginger, finely chopped
1 Red Chili
1tbsp Soy Sauce
1tbsp Worcester sauce
- In a pot, boil your water add the noodles, the spring onion, ginger, chili and fish stock. Let this cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Before you turn off the heat add the seafood, Soy sauce and Worcester sauce. Let it cook for another 2 minutes.
- Drain the rice noodles and add to the simmering broth. Cook for 30 seconds then turn off the heat.
Cook on a medium heat for 5 minutes.
